This policy covers the personal information collected by VINH S NGUYEN through tomasbags.shop and by phone or email.

Information we hold

To send an order we need your name, delivery address, email, telephone number and the contents of your order. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page; they never pass through our systems and we cannot see them. We also record ordinary technical data, such as browser type, the pages you opened and an approximate location from your IP address, so the store loads reliably.

What we do with it

Your information is used to pick, pack and deliver orders, answer enquiries, handle refunds, meet Australian tax and food-safety record-keeping duties, and send order updates. If you join our email list we use your address for occasional product news; every email carries an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects an order.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make an order work: our ecommerce platform, the payment provider, the delivery carriers and our email provider. Each may use the data solely to perform that service. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Cookies

Cookies hold your cart and session together and tell us which pages are being used. You can clear or block them in your browser, though the cart and checkout may stop working if you do.

Keeping and correcting records

Order records are kept for the period Australian law requires, then deleted. You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase anything we are not obliged to keep. Write to support@tomasbags.shop and we respond within 30 days.
