Shipping policy

VINH S NGUYEN ships frozen seafood from Werribee, Victoria, to addresses across Australia.

Processing

We pick and pack within 1 to 3 business days. An order placed after midday Friday, or on a public holiday, is processed on the next business day. If something you ordered is out of stock we contact you before sending the rest of the parcel.

Delivery

Allow 7 to 14 business days after dispatch for delivery. Regional and remote postcodes can take longer, and we will tell you if we learn of a delay.

How it is packed

Seafood travels in an insulated liner with gel ice, sized to the order and the distance. Move it into a freezer as soon as it lands, and never refreeze once it has thawed.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked and the link is emailed when it leaves us. If tracking has not moved for three business days, tell us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

Addresses

Check the address and phone number at checkout. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot change the destination. If it comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could take delivery, we will contact you about a second shipment at its cost.
