Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from tomasbags.shop, operated by VINH S NGUYEN at 19 Tamarind Cres, Werribee VIC 3030, Australia. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

Your order is an offer. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order and refund anything already paid if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we cannot deliver to the address given.

Prices and payment

Prices are in United States dollars and include applicable taxes unless checkout says otherwise. Payment is collected when the order is placed. Delivery charges are added at checkout before you pay.

About our products

Everything we sell is frozen seafood. Net weights are shown on each product page and vary slightly, because seafood is a natural product rather than a manufactured one. Photographs are representative; trimming, size and colour differ between batches. Follow the storage and cooking instructions on the pack.

Food safety

Store at -18C or colder, thaw in a refrigerator, and do not refreeze after thawing. If you have an allergy, read the product page and the pack label before cooking. Our products are packed where crustaceans, molluscs and fish are also handled.

The text, photographs and design of this store belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Outside those rights, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.
